Review: Gallant
Gallant by V.E. Schwab My rating: 4 of 5 stars I was so close to giving this book 5 stars, but it was around the last 20 pages I was feeling somewhat underwhelmed? Maybe it's just me but it felt the story started out with so much potential to flourish and blow the reader's mind, but then towards the end, the author had to wrap it all up a little too quickly? I don't know what I was expecting the ending to be like, but I had a feeling it would move me. But that's just my opinion. I still think this book is so so good.
